About the support line
The support line is for people staying at home and finding it hard to access food or medication, or are feeling lonely or worried.
We are aware that some users have experienced issues where they are not receiving calls or can’t reach the supervisor or tech support. After a period of time the Mitel system can sometimes mark you as ‘Busy’. We are working with our provider to understand why this is happening and ways to resolve this. Whilst we look into it, we would advise you to refresh your browser regularly during your shift. You can do this by pressing the circular arrow in the top left of your page ‘Reload this Page’ or by clicking on your initials in the top right and selecting ‘Available’. Another option is to log out and then log back in again.
