Cardiff Response

29/11/2023 Update:

Two unexploded ordinances have been found on a building site in Grangetown, Cardiff.  They are assumed to be WWII ordinances. Approximately 200 people within the cordon area have been evacuated from their homes to a nearby rest centre.

British Red Cross support has been requested to assist at the rest centre with emotional and practical support.  Two volunteers on standby ready to be deployed at 17:30 to the rest centre to support.

Availability being collated for the next 6hours to support whilst people are displaced
