List of key words and a short description for their use in Dynamics

RS CTT: Used for any RS-related queries that are transferred
in Mitel to the RS Central Triage Team (CTT)
FIRE: Used to denote house or building fires
FLOOD: Used to highlight area flooding
STORM: Used to highlight storm related incidents
WILD FIRE: Used to denote wild fires, like forest, heath or grassland fires
ISRAEL-PALASTINE: Used to highlight cases relating to the Israel Palestine conflict

UKRAINE: Used to highlight calls relating to the Ukraine conflict as well as calls related to Ukrainian refugees
