What will be covered in the training?

The Refresher Training is an 1,5 hour group training session that will help operators to refresh their skills and knowledge on the systems used by the National Support Line.
In the session we will also remind participants about the latest updates to the processes followed within the service.

Who is it for?

This training will be especially helpful for operators who are coming back to the role after a longer break, but all current operators are welcome to refresh their skills.

Go to Your Learning Platform and search for ‘Operator Refresher Training (National Support Line)’ or click here to open. All upcoming events will be listed there and you can sign up for the session that is most suitable for you.
