What if a stamp shows a different countries port on it?

UK stamps either say UK immigration/border force or have the " ####* " format and English text. Ports including Brussels, Paris and Calais are still fine as UK Border force staff are also processing here.

If someone has sent an email but information is not on the spreadsheet , what do we do with it?

We have couple of choices: either email back or have someone call them fill out an MS form and then process straight away.

What do we do if the email address is incorrect and the mobile number is all the 7s?

There is nothing we can do other than mark as NFA and hope they call back.

What do we do if they are outside the 14 day criteria?

They will be ineligible for Cash Based Assistance - they will need to be referred to RS in their area and an email to be sent to RS on their behalf as well as confirmation (template in process doc) confirming this to them.

What do we do if the number of adults and children to be supported is different on the spreadsheet compared to what has been sent in verification?

We can email back and ask for clarification.

When the main applicant does not have visas for all parties e.g. a child's passport been sent off for benefit application etc? Any guidance on what we do from there?

We need to see evidence of family members so passport when returned or letter from a gov dept etc.

The caller is outside 14 days but says it's due to them not being able to get through (which was highly likely before we drafted in extra resource). Do we make any exceptions?

We can extend a day or so case by case basis (if in doubt reach out to the project manager).

The documents requested state that the passport should be stamped by border force and states how long people have right to remain. Most of those we've seen have 6 months. Some we have seen have a copy of the home office letter and passport stamped like this. Does this qualify them in the same way?

Yes, this is fine.

Does a person that has arrived without a passport but with residence permit and visa, stamped with UK border force stamp qualify for CBA?

We require a passport with the photo page.
