Unable to make available

A common issue is that someone is logged in to Ignite and is showing as ‘Logged in – Not Present’ and has a yellow busy circle in their initials. 

Below are the steps to rectify this. You will need to talk a handler through doing this on their Ignite.

  • Click the initials circle in the top right hand corner
  • Click ‘Agent Groups
  • Hover over the circle with initials of the line you want to add a person to e.g. ‘NL‘ for the National Support Line.
  • Click the ‘tick‘ button
  • Finally, click ‘update‘ and the handler should become available
