Volunteers who have completed their support line training will be invited to sign up.
To book shifts, volunteers should use Assemble Rotas.

The Assemble app can be found on the MyApps portal.

UPDATE: Notifying OST

If for any reason you cannot make the shift you have signed up for please let OST know by sending an email to the supportline@redcross.org.uk inbox in the first instance.

OST officers are not in every weekday as we cover weekend shifts for the Incident Management Line, so may not pick up messages sent individually.

If connectivity is the problem and you cannot access emails, then please send a message in the WhatsApp group. If WhatsApp also cannot be accessed please phone the Support Line number 0808 196 3651 and notify the operator who answers/leave a voicemail for us to pick up.

Should you encounter any issues signing up for shifts, please let us know as soon as possible.
